Política de Devoluções
Todas as vendas são finais e não aceito devoluções. Esta loja é um negócio de uma pessoa só e, portanto, não posso aceitar trocas ou devoluções. Por favor, lê a descrição completa do produto e as suas medidas antes de efetivares a tua compra, ou preenche o formulário de contacto ou envia-me um e-mail para saberes mais informações.
Por vezes é possível que haja alguma falha da minha parte no que toca ao stock dos artigos, na medida em que é difícil de gerir as quantidades e tamanhos disponíveis, especialmente nas t-shirts.
Havendo alguma falha de stock depois de efetuares a tua compra, contactar-te-ei para combinarmos uma devolução do teu dinheiro ou troca dos artigos.
E se o meu artigo tiver um defeito?
Relativamente a prints que se possam ter danificado durante o envio, o comprador deverá contactar a artista através dos canais estabelecidos (e-mail ou formulário de contacto).
Relativamente a t-shirts, estas são impressas em serigrafia. A serigrafia é um processo artístico, manual, com margem de erro humano (pequenos desvios ou pequenas falhas na impressão, por exemplo) e isso deve ser tido em consideração durante o processo de efetivação da compra.
No entanto, caso o erro seja grave e mediante a avaliação da artista, poderá haver uma devolução ou troca do artigo.
Nestes casos, o procedimento a executar será o seguinte: envio de um e-mail para hello@caratrancada.pt no qual deve incluir fotografias do produto, o descritivo da situação e reencaminhar o e-mail de confirmação de compra. A partir da receção deste e-mail será realizada uma reclamação à transportadora competente (CTT Portugal) e após aferida a sua responsabilidade pelo sucedido, a artista irá agir em conformidade com a mesma repondo o valor de compra assim como dos portes de envio respetivos, caso seja responsabilidade da mesma.

Refund & Return Policies
All sales are final. This is a one person business and I can’t afford to accept returns or exchanges. Please read the full product descriptions and measurements before purchasing and reach out via contact form or send me an e-mail if you have any questions!
There may be times where there's a mistake on my part regarding stock and quantities, specially when it comes to t-shirts. It sometimes can be hard to manage quantities and sizes, so if somehow I don't have the article you bought, I will contact you via e-mail so we can arrange a refund or an exchange if you prefer.
What if the item has a defect?
Regarding prints that may have been damaged during the shipment, the buyer should contact the artist through e-mail or contact form.
Regarding t-shirts, these are all screenprinted and handpulled by the artist. Screenprinting is an artistic process subject to human error (small deviations or small flaws in the print, for example) and that should be taken into account during the buying process.
Nonetheless, in case it is a grave error and subjected to the artist's review, there may be a return or exchange.
In these cases, the buyer should do the following: send an e-mail to hello@caratrancada.pt in which they should specify the situation, include photos of the defect and forward the purchase confirmation e-mail.
After the reception of this e-mail, the artist will contact the shipping company (CTT Portugal) and after assessing their responsibility for what happened, the artist will act in accordance with it, returning the purchase price as well as the respective shipping costs, if this is the responsibility of the artist.
