Roots Vinbar

In 2021 I partnered with Roots Vinbar, a wine and food bar from Copenhagen, Denmark, to design a logo for their wine bars. Their focus, besides the wine (obviously!) is mediterranean delicious food!

My goal was to create a logo that blended modern aesthetics with a touch of history. This way, I created an illustration with one of my female figures holding a glass of wine and added an ancient Greek amphora – a jar traditionally used for transporting wine and olive oil. This fusion represents a connection to the past, to mediterranean food and wine, with a contemporary visual language.
