- Shipping will be made 3 to 5 days after you place your order.
- I ship worldwide. Nonetheless, the shipping costs may vary depending on your country.

- If you choose regular shipping your order won't be tracked and, unfortunatly, I won't be able to be rresponsible if your order gets lost, damaged or misplaced.
-
Tracking your order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail regarding the confirmation of the shipping, along with the tracking number for your order.
Then, you can follow your order here.
This is only possible if you chose the registered shipping.

Custom Fees
I'm based in Portugal. Depending on your country, you may have to pay customs and duties. Please check with your mail provider if this is the case before making an order, as the buyer is responsible for any fees.
Returns & Exchanges
-
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
All sales are final. This is a one person business and I can’t afford to accept returns or exchanges. Please read the full product descriptions and measurements before purchasing and reach out via contact form or send me an e-mail if you have any questions!
There may be times where there's a mistake on my part regarding stock and quantities, specially when it comes to t-shirts. It sometimes can be hard to manage quantities and sizes, so if somehow I don't have the article you bought, I will contact you via e-mail so we can arrange a refund or an exchange if you prefer.

What if the item has a defect?
Regarding prints that may have been damaged during the shipment, the buyer should contact the artist through e-mail or contact form.
Regarding t-shirts, these are all screenprinted and handpulled by the artist. Screenprinting is an artistic process subject to human error (small deviations or small flaws in the print, for example) and that should be taken into account during the buying process.
Nonetheless, in case it is a grave error and subjected to the artist's review, there may be a return or exchange.
In these cases, the buyer should do the following: send an e-mail to hello@caratrancada.pt in which they should specify the situation, include photos of the defect and forward the purchase confirmation e-mail.
After the reception of this e-mail, the artist will contact the shipping company (CTT Portugal) and after assessing their responsibility for what happened, the artist will act in accordance with it, returning the purchase price as well as the respective shipping costs, if this is the responsibility of the artist.
Ethics & Sustainability

Locally Produced & DIY
All of the embroidery is made at a local embroidery shop in my hometown in Almada, Portugal, or with a local fellow artist embroiderer, and all of the screenprinted t-shirts and tote-bags are either printed by me, at a local print shop or with a friend.
Regarding risoprints and other artistic printing means, I always search for a local printing shop.

Materials
I do my best to send all orders in plastic free mailers and wrappings. Nonetheless, some orders may require bubble mailers. In these cases, I choose to reuse old materials and mailers.
Let's treat the earth as she deserves to be treated.
Please, recycle, reuse or compost your package. -
Clothing & Apparel
Unfortunatly, it's been very hard to find brands aligned with my environmentally friendly values, such as in price, material and fairness to it's workers.
But I'm doing my best. The t-shirts used in my merch are either part of FairWear collections, (which means the employees who made the clothing are payed in a responsible and conscious way) or belong to brands who are environmentally friendly, organic or eco-conscious.
